Services

Everything we do happens within arm's reach of your customer.

Six services, one purpose: make sure the moment your product finally meets a shopper is handled by someone who knows it properly and represents you well.

What We Deliver

Retail representation, done as a discipline.

Each service below can run on its own, but they were designed to work together — representation without reporting is just staffing, and reporting without coaching changes nothing.

In-Store Brand Representation

Trained representatives on the retail floor, presenting your product the way your own team would. We coordinate placement and hours with store management so our presence supports the floor rather than crowding it.

Includes: certified representatives, scheduled coverage, display and merchandising checks, store-staff liaison.

Face-to-Face Customer Acquisition

Acquisition that qualifies honestly. Our representatives are measured on the quality of the accounts they open, not just the count — because a customer who was talked into something does not stay one.

Includes: needs-based qualification, compliant enrolment, same-day quality review, clean handoff documentation.

Retail Product Education

Store associates turn over and product lines change. We keep the floor fluent in what you sell, so your brand is still represented properly on the days we are not in the building.

Includes: associate briefings, quick-reference materials, refreshers on new lines, objection handling for store staff.

Account Support & Retention

The unglamorous work that decides whether a customer renews: a confusing bill, an upgrade question, a feature nobody explained. Handled in person, at the store, before it becomes a cancellation.

Includes: in-person account questions, upgrade and add-on guidance, escalation to your support channels, retention notes.

Territory Coverage

Coverage planned around each store's real traffic rather than a tidy calendar. Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, Flint and Mount Pleasant, with schedules that hold up on holiday weekends and slow Tuesdays alike.

Includes: traffic-weighted scheduling, multi-store rotation, seasonal and event coverage, holiday planning.

Field Reporting & Market Feedback

What shoppers asked, what confused them, what a competitor two aisles over is claiming. Weekly, in plain language, including the parts that argue against the current plan.

Includes: weekly volume and quality reporting, store-level notes, competitor observations, recommended adjustments.

In Practice

A day of coverage, start to finish.

The team briefs before doors open — product changes, yesterday's objections, the target for the shift. Representatives take their placements, and a field leader works the floor with them.

Conversations get observed and debriefed in the moment. Store management gets checked in with, not avoided. At close, numbers and notes go in while the detail is still fresh, and anything a partner needs to know that day gets flagged that day.

It is not complicated. It is just done consistently, which turns out to be the hard part.

Engagement Process

From first call to first shift.

Typically two to four weeks. The only step we will not compress is certification.

  1. 01

    Brief and honest scoping

We learn the product, the margins that matter, the objections your support line already hears, and what success needs to look like. If in-store representation is not the right tool for the problem, this is where we say so.

  2. 02

    Territory and store plan

We map which locations justify coverage and when, based on traffic rather than convenience, then agree the schedule and the measures we will report against.

  3. 03

    Team certification

Representatives are trained and tested on your line specifically. Nobody stands in a store under your brand until they can handle the difficult version of the conversation.

  4. 04

    Pilot, then scale

We start in a defined set of stores so results can be judged on evidence. Expansion follows the numbers, and if the pilot does not work we will tell you that rather than sell you more of it.

  5. 05

    Weekly reporting and adjustment

Volume, quality and field intelligence every week, with recommended changes. Reviews are a conversation about what the market said, not a presentation of a favourable slice of it.

Questions

Things partners ask first.

No. We prefer to start with a defined pilot in a small number of stores so both sides can judge results on evidence rather than a pitch. Longer terms make sense once the numbers are real — not before.

Usually two to four weeks from an agreed brief. That window covers product immersion, representative certification and coordination with store management. We will move a launch date before we will shorten certification.

Big-box and mid-size retail floors, membership warehouses, and event or seasonal placements inside partner locations — across Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, Flint, Mount Pleasant and the surrounding communities.

Weekly reporting covering volume, conversation quality, store-level notes and what shoppers actually asked — including competitor mentions. Written in plain language, and it includes the parts that do not flatter the plan.

They are our own team — trained and certified by us, managed by our field leaders. We do not subcontract brand representation to third parties, because we cannot stand behind work we do not control.

Yes. Single-location coverage and seasonal or event placements are common starting points, particularly for a brand testing whether Mid-Michigan justifies a permanent presence.

Next Step

Bring us the territory and the problem.

A short call is usually enough to tell whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say that too.
